The Company's
objective is to lead the rapidly developing MMDS/CATV industry
and to become, on the first phase, the premier Multichannel
Pay-TV system integrator and service provider in Russia, concentrating
on the cities with populations of over 300,000 people.
The Company's goal is to make project design , install, maintain
and operate telecommunication infrastructure systems utilizing
both MMDS and CATV Technology.
Initial target markets are more then 30 cities in Russia which
have a total population of almost 20 mln. people.
Company TELESET is a private firm.
For the last ten years company TELESET is headed by Vladimir
Yaroshenko, he is 51-year old , graduated from the Moscow Power
Engineering University, faculty Information Technology. Mr.
Yaroshenko has a big practical experience of management in telecommunication
industry. His objective is to grow TELESET to a company with
a large subscriber base, good management and strong financial
position and make it public in future.
TELESET stuff consists of 30 employee's.
During 1995-1999 American engineers provided our Company with
technical support and organized training for our employees which
helped us to get experience in equipment installation and maintenance.
Since 1999 all installation and warranty services are made only
by our engineers without foreign support. TELESET also organized
specialized service center and stocks a wide range of spare
parts for equipment repairing.
Relying on the existing experience it may be concluded that
TELESET has uniquely position to be the major system integrator
and operator, and using it's own telecommunication infrastructure
to offer a full range of telecommunication services to the subscribers.
We came to the conclusion that introduction of Internet, Data
Transfer and Voice at MMDS networks reduces payback time of
the investments in some times and our goal to concentrate on
such system design.
By using own financial recourses in 2001 TELESET started to
finance MMDS systems construction in cities Vladimir, Dubna,
Brest and now is a shareholder of local telecommunication companies.
